Set Up. Cakes utilizing stacked or pillar construction may be subject to an additional set up fee depending on complexity of design and materials used.

Shipping. Shipping is available nationwide for our Cookie and Brownie Gift Baskets and our Boxed Treats via the U.S. Postal Service for next-day delivery only. The fee for shipping and handling is $19.99. FREE shipping on orders over $100.00 (up to one destination).

Delivery. Delivery available to areas within 20 miles of The Enchanted Oven. Flat delivery fee of $15 per delivery address. Free delivery on orders over $100.

Deposit. A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order. The balance is due in full upon pick up or delivery. Deposit becomes non-refundable if your order is canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up or delivery. On all orders over $100, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable if your order is canceled less than 48 hours before scheduled pick up or delivery.

Payment. The Enchanted Oven accepts cash, checks and electronic payment via PayPal. Please note: Orders paid by check or PayPal must be paid in full at least six days prior to pick up or delivery. Final payment must be made in cash at time of pickup or delivery. Order will be canceled for non-sufficient funds unless another form of payment is made at least three full days before scheduled pick up or delivery.
